What is Green Gducation?




 Education system to teach related subject matter with practicable work in logical way, which can uplift economy for their education, which is base on kinesthetic process.

Systems of formal education

Education is a concept, referring to the process in which students can learn something:

Instruction refers to the facilitating of learning toward identified objectives, delivered either by an instructor or other forms.
Teaching refers to the actions of a real live instructor designed to impart learning to the student.
Learning refers to learning with a view toward preparing learners with specific knowledge, skills, or abilities that can be applied immediately upon completion.

A glance at education in society.

How education is providing in our society?
This all we are spelling is only good word art and in vain if we only limit in word. Within our second theory of “action” that we believe and speak by action this project is leaded. Everyone knows about the in-habitual education system not only spelled or written. There are also strong word art for education by different educationalist, professor, philosophers or leaders but we want establish by “Action” (work) so we establishing this foundation to go ahead. To show in this way we can launch education free, practicable to make habitual establishing as knowledge and awareness.
In our school, education is only in theoretical and cramming process. Even do some practical are there, they just seem to be practical but not in reality because it could not be habitual and create awareness in students. Because society does not ask, evaluate his awareness, skill.
Only the words and theory is made crammed. Each thing is adjust and include in theory habitual, reasonable, practicable over all type of knowledge are made suit from of theory. Now teachers are unable to attach education with knowledge or practical way when some teachers try to do it. Moreover, fail in their vision and compelled to follow same system. There are next major reasons that compelled to follow same style to teach. They reasons are-
 They have to follow same evaluation system, so while changing it may raise question who try to follow new style.
 Students also had created habit of learning in the same style, and feel difficult or in-habitual to learn in logical, practicable way.
 Society always required only certificate strictly at every field.

These are only cause to those teachers who want to change but most of them do not want to take extra pressure on their mind. More do not develop courage and intelligence. Moreover they do not get time to whirl their mind up to necessity, because of own problem and entertain.

“Education”, “Knowledge” and “Awareness”

Education became a basic need of the era. It’s almost impossible to survive without education. People cannot distinguish right and wrong, good and bad and what, how should they do anything. Knowledge make them aware conscious about related subject matter, which is processed after and gained by
education. Our parents or every person had not gone to school or read and write for education.
It is not compulsory to go school education or read and write for knowledge. Knowledge can be gained from each action of life and part of environment. However, education is formal process to gain knowledge properly, easily and quickly. So that education is the basic need because it enlighten us and bring awareness. But rather education here important is knowledge, which we are forgetting or fading day by day in our society because of its system, value.
Knowledge enlighten us which mean it bring awareness and consciousness within us. For knowledge, we are running after education, but forgetting “knowledge”.
Education is linked with earning in unidirectional path for profit never turn for its effect. It’s great effect appeared now is Global warming, difference of class disparity day by day and other problems of the world and nation. ( we believe profit is a is cheated extra amount.) these problems are not created by uneducated but educated person who forget (civilization, morality) knowledge and awareness in race of competition and profit.
Today, deforestation is not caused by illiteracy but profit because education system do not concern about knowledge and awareness but for profit.
Within 100 students and parents, 99.98% of their psychological reason for school and college for good job for qualitative family followed by promoting economical status. This is an inconvenient truth. Still 7% of feeling is alive within school level students for social work because they are still virgin from the nature of society which fade away as if they know society and have to face failure.
Education is being useless since it is not habitual and aware the society. So “education”, “Knowledge” and “awareness” are different but inter related.
Therefore, we conclude moral science should be including course and make practicable to make habitual. This can be possible through Green Education.

Preface


Green Education Foundation
for
Green Civilization
Aim
 To make education more habitual and practical ahead with work.
 To provide free education with some work.
 To practice habitual knowledge for Green civilization in our society.
Education is the third eye without education in this era people will be blind having eyes and animal with cloth. Education should be implement in our daily life in each moment otherwise there is no value of it. Education is being just like as training for parrot or doggy. Education must be processed and turn into knowledge for which education should be utilized in our daily life. On the present context of our country, here we do have two type of education system, which is being more controversy day by day. Education is being like goods and vegetable of market that people get education quality as they pay. School and College seem to be Pvt. Ltm. Not only seems there had been established too like as White House Education Pvt. Ltm. To provide similar, compulsory and qualitative education to all people without discriminating its citizen’s children is duty of government because education is the fundamental right and major infrastructure of development. Government is being far from its responsibility. We cannot negate its ultimate cause that forming bigger and bigger ditch in class disparity in society because of blind modernization and illogical moneymind.
Government had spelled to divide education system up to class 8 and class 9 to 12 will be higher secondary level. This is just like the showing teeth of elephant it may prick to itself if enough base work is not done from right now. So much more enough internal work is to be done by government (we too from our side) to resists effect of changing on time then we will have to face great problem especially in poor village area.
Therefore, to provide scientific and free education we should be able to join education with work in new technology or scientific ways inter relating with economic source. On this principal, this education foundation will go ahead.
“Change will not come in a day.” Keeping this thing on our mind, we will move from different base steps. Therefore, to study its possibility, drawbacks, and obstacle firstly we are launching a project.

in search of Green Civilization
For Green education foundation this project is going to be launch. We are seeking some SLC (2066) appeared student for implementation of this education system and to form civilized student group. Civilization class is going to be launch soon. Interested students are requested to contact soon.

Salient features
 Theoretical, habitual and practical classes to establish civilized citizen.
 Different skillful, agricultural work is taught in logical and scientific way.
 Students will be paid for their further study.
 Helpful, motivated, social, patriot students will be given more priority.
 Students will be selected after interview.

A part of case study.

Here is a major finding of a case study in schools of our society.

Some of the major problems are:
 school is being compelled to follow the same education system of four wall brain training,
 teachers had to use same punishment culture for making the students to do home assignment,
 Education is not given in practically, logically because most of them cannot be used practically
 Teachers became unable to make interest of students in study. They are not dedicated too.
 Education became burden for students.
 Lack of good, educational and comfortable environment.
 Students had never felt importance of study and activities (pray, song, promise) they are made to do in this school.

Effects Students dislike to study and do their assignment.
 Students cannot enjoy their study and school so they are always in search of the way to be apart from education and they learn bad habits.
 Education became capacity of cramming.
 They do not learn to use education in life.
 Value of education became dim which cause to form similar society and get continuity.
 Activities of school became like command and training.


Solution
For the solution, first we had to find source of problem. Source or causes of problems are:
 Teachers do not try to treat students emotionally and morally to make them feel they should study.
 lack of practical, habitual, moral knowledge
 New teachers are surviving for economical source, utilization of time, learning and for experience but they are neither guided nor they take guidance. They just fulfill their duty.
 They do not try to think critical thinking and do not collect willing for that.

So,
Solutions are:
Teacher’s meeting should be launch frequently to realize our mistake and share ideas to overcome problems to go ahead.
All teachers should be make remembered about objectives of Samata.
Teachers should enjoy in their work not as burden.
Students should treat emotionally, morally and habitually. For example: they should aware about importance of habit and education is for their future. Moral classes, making them practice of habits.
Maintaining educational environment (wall bulletin, quotation, chart, sports and extra activities material)
So on solving cause and problems of above we can find solution.

About frist step of Project

This education foundation had kept a project named as “Greenery implementing Project”. This is just limited only in planning. It had planned to implement this thought in Sirutar English School. We had kept a project plan with major objective:
to make work students of class 8 and 9,
 to practice habitual action for class students of 10 and
 to provide and guide necessary things to practice different extra activities
.
Some obstacles that may arise in this project are:
1. School just wants many more profit from any source. Both school and parents do not arise courage and in favour to take risk of doing new.
2. Our society needs good marks and percentage rather than good habit and habitual knowledge.
3. Different exams of school.
Collecting ideas and courage to overcome these obstacle we had kept our plan and agreement to the school. The school coordinator welcome for project. He simply agrees but we feel doubt to change the timetable and feel difficult to include work in curriculum. They want to publish about the project but want to publish in name of school.
We had also study possibility in next schools too and we conclude we had first show the utilization. So although we know it will be much better if we can launch in school where we can join education with work and produce knowledge we are compelled to launch without linked of school. It will valueless if we could not mix education with work in school. After losing the possibility of launching implementation project in school we are going ahead without any school.
“Project: Nursery” is our new project plan. This is the project will implement the system of education to provide free education to student in higher secondary level teaching them some agricultural work and skill work in new way.
Plan of “Project: Nursery”
1) Select SLC appeared student and form a group.
2) Provide them agriculture training from Godavari botanical Garden.
3) Launch a floriculture farm make them work.
4) Take civilization class and practice habitual thing in their daily life as possible from ground level.

Process of selection of students.
 Students had to fill up form of the project containing some questionnaire.
 Motivated, social, who is a not money-minded, patriot student will select from interview.


“We should eat not full stomach.”



Under the Green education foundation this is the first step as implementation programme which is we named as “Greenery implementing Project”
Planning/estimation/way of work
 First step is to establish a group named as “ Bud of green civilization” under this project so that we (project) can easily instruct to the students, and will form a linked with school so that there will be two part in this educational organization (Sirutar Eng. School).

 We will include students of this school of class 7,8,9 and 10 of this year 2066 that mean we will have student of class 8,9,10 and ex 10 of 2067.
 Class 10 students who had been to SLC will also be included in this group which will be main part of project as back bone and remaining part will be the most essential part as functioning and face or outlook of the project.
 New student of class 10 will not be more involved in project but they will mostly treat in their habit and civilization when they will have hostel provision.
• Students of class 10 will be kept in cottage of project as hostel when school will launch hostel provision.
• Project will not have any right to interference to class 10 hostel students without permission of school.
• School can totally implement their plan and programme for SLC but project will take care them to control their habit as guardian.
• Project will help to change their attitude, being more logic, careful in each and every subject matter related with them and make them far from uncivilized modernization.
• School will collect hostel charge with students as paid students have to pay within system of school.
• School had to pay for project for rent and fooding.
 As soon as possible we will hire some (4 aanas to half ropani) land for our agriculture farm.
 To build cottage until it is not build we will hire some rooms.
 Running floriculture within two months, this will be some economical which we will use for progressing our project within school or for new school.

 starting mushroom culture after the end of monsoon.
 Arranging trainee and worker(1/2) as helper and instructor for farm.
 Immediately we will launch some skill programme. They are:-
• M.C. training of ten days.
• Banner writing training
• Art work training: chhawali art & others
• Drawing class for each classes.


Plan for junior level (below class 8) students
 Project will arrange motivate, enthusiast, well qualified with different extra skill guide teacher who can give instruction to other primary level teachers for promoting objectives of project.
 Providing different materials require to give more knowledge to students by real world or experience. Like as : material related with their course, extra activities singing, dancing, drama, documentary and so on.
 We will provide more and more habitual knowledge by making students to be in good habit. We will follow prefect rule, in another word tight rule.
 Changing their polite language, discipline, more careful in all subject matter how to arrange books, bag, sit, dress hygiene etc.


Agreement with School and Project We (project) have right to give strong suggestion to the school and also have right to interference in school’s unjust decision for student, teachers , project and society.
 School should always help morally to keep civilization alive and arose new civilization to the project.
 School should develop the infrastructure & facilities as their capability, responsibility of school towards children in fair way.
 School should show the development plan and activities( name and no. of different programme n tour, sports n extra materials and so on) for this session and should go ahead with that plan. This will help to move project ahead to plan what kinds of activities to add for out knowledge for students in better way.

Relation between work and education.

Relation between work and education.
Work and Education are two different parts. However, if we can interrelate education with work it will establish as Knowledge. In our society we found that people are doing different work but they never care what idea or theory is used in that and different theory is taught in schools and colleges but students never know how it should be used. May be in some cases they had used which is used unknowingly. So we should combine education and work.
Some theories to keep in mind joining education so that students should not feel work as burden.
 Work should be launch in new way, technological, skillful and learning way.
 Work should be proper physical and mental which make interesting & physically fit.
 Work should be included in curriculum as project or fieldwork with evaluation.
 Work should be within school timetable.
 Different knowledge should be given related with work while working. For ex. while retaining wall they should taught about perpendicularity, straight line, gravity, level etc.
 With the work, they should be given some output or benefit. By providing nutritious food as tiffin.
If these things are negated, work will be established as separate burden for students.
Example of work: wall and letter painting, different type of agriculture, skill, art and craft work: making frame and gifts, dolls and making their shows drama, music etc.
